Job description
Take charge of operations as a Hotel Manager with NPC/Sandman Hotel Group in Revelstoke, BC. This full-time role involves managing staff and developing operational policies.

NPC/Sandman Hotel Group seeks a dedicated Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations at the Sutton Place Hotel. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of managerial experience and possess a relevant college diploma. Your responsibilities will span staff recruitment, performance reviews, budget preparation, and ensuring guest satisfaction through effective policies.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures • Recruit, hire, and train staff for various departments • Prepare and monitor operational budgets • Oversee maintenance activities and enforce policies • Address customer complaints and meet guests' special needs
