Job description
Lead digital transformation initiatives as an IT Director, focusing on innovative technology strategies and enterprise solutions. Enjoy a collaborative hybrid work model that supports your leadership journey.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement a digital transformation strategy • Identify and prioritize digital use cases for business impact • Oversee technology portfolio including AI and advanced analytics • Ensure adherence to security and regulatory compliance • Mentor and grow teams in data engineering and AI development

Requirements: • Master’s degree and 15+ years in tech leadership • Minimum 5 years managing enterprise-level strategy • Expertise in AWS, Microsoft technologies, and AI/ML • Proven ability in change management and training • Strong foundation in vendor negotiation and software evaluation
