Job description
Drive the Capital Projects department as a proficient Coordinator, focusing on operations related to the UHNBC Tower. Ensure meticulous project reporting, compliance, and bid management.

As a Coordinator, you will offer vital support to the Capital Projects portfolio, covering data analysis and project monitoring. Your role will also involve developing capital plans, issuing and summarizing requests for proposals, and collaborating with external consultants during the tendering process. You will be instrumental in tracking project implementation and evaluations.

Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate capital project data collection and requirements • Monitor project implementation and generate reports • Issue Requests for Proposals and oversee bids • Collaborate with consultants to prepare specifications • Assist with project administration alongside Project Managers

Requirements: • Diploma in Architecture or Engineering Technology • 3-5 years of related project management experience • Knowledge of BC Building Code and healthcare requirements • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office • Demonstrated strong analytical and communication skills
