Job description
Join as a Senior Financial Director, driving performance and cost strategies through effective reporting and analytics. Lead operational improvements in a dynamic hybrid work environment supporting finance initiatives.

In this pivotal role, you'll cultivate analytical frameworks for reporting, support operational teams, and oversee financial performance improvements. Your expertise in cost accounting and strategic leadership will be critical in guiding cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead all aspects of financial and operational analysis • Develop financial dashboards and models • Drive performance improvement initiatives • Manage and coach a high-performing reporting team • Oversee M&A financial integration efforts

Requirements: • CPA and Bachelor’s degree in Finance required • 10+ years of finance experience in relevant sectors • Demonstrated expertise in cost management • Advanced SAP (FI/CO) capabilities • Proficiency in French and English is necessary
