Job description
Lead high-stakes construction projects as an experienced Project Director. Manage operations in commercial and light industrial settings throughout beautiful Western and Northern Canada, ensuring excellence from start to finish.

This senior role includes comprehensive oversight of construction activities. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will ensure project success through effective leadership and teamwork. Candidates should possess at least 15 years in construction, with over 5 years dedicated to large-scale project management.

Key Responsibilities: • Ensure project alignment with scope and budget • Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders • Oversee quality control during project lifecycle • Monitor costs, schedules, and change orders • Establish effective communication with clients

Requirements: • Minimum 15 years of industry experience • 10+ years in a Project Manager position • Proven track record with $20M+ projects • Strong understanding of construction practices • Proficient in relevant construction technologies
