Job description
Lead Stantec’s data strategy as the Enterprise Data & Analytics Director, focusing on governance and analytics initiatives. This role combines strategic oversight with advanced analytical capabilities.

You will oversee a globally distributed analytics team while collaborating with various business leaders to implement and optimize data initiatives. This position is crucial for ensuring that analytics are not just produced but also effectively translated into actionable insights that drive business value and growth.

Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate analytics initiatives that provide measurable business support • Build strong cross-functional partnerships with stakeholders • Lead the continuous improvement of the ED&A operating model • Collaborate on developing a data and analytics strategy • Identify AI/ML applications to enhance decision-making processes

Requirements: • 10+ years of experience in leadership roles in analytics • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus • Proven experience managing analytics in a global organization • Expertise in data governance and self-service BI • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
