In this role, you will utilize a Bachelor's degree and 3 to 5 years of industry experience to manage facility operations effectively. Your ability to implement policies, train staff, and handle complaints will ensure smooth janitorial services within a retail environment. Budgeting and inventory control will be key elements of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and train janitorial staff members • Establish and enforce policies and procedures • Control inventory and manage operational budgets • Address customer complaints and ensure their resolution • Conduct regular performance evaluations
Requirements: • 3-5 years' experience in janitorial or facility roles • Bachelor’s degree is required • Class 5 driver's license necessary • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills • Reliability and effective time management skills
