Job description
Elevate your career at CIRO as a Registration Officer, working in a hybrid environment. Safeguard Canadian markets by reviewing investment registration applications effectively.

In your permanent, full-time position, you will act as a gatekeeper in the registration process, reviewing applications and providing necessary feedback. This key role involves thorough assessments and collaboration with regional offices to maintain high regulatory standards. Engage in an inclusive culture that values teamwork and integrity.

Key Responsibilities: • Review registration applications for compliance • Conduct thorough registration evaluations for NRD filings • Communicate effectively with applicants for clarity • Maintain accurate records of application processes • Identify and report any unusual regulatory concerns

Requirements: • Strong understanding of CIRO regulations • 2-3 years of relevant financial industry experience • Excellent organizational and file management skills • Ability to handle confidential information sensitively • Strong computer skills including MS Office applications
