Job description
Lead the future of cloud technology at Heart & Stroke as the Director of Enterprise Cloud Infrastructure & Operations. Shape a critical technology environment while prioritizing service reliability and security in a hybrid work model.

As a key leadership figure, you will be responsible for defining cloud infrastructure and technology operations strategy. Your role includes overseeing budget management, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring the technology environment supports organizational goals. Collaborate with various teams to implement security measures and foster continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop infrastructure and operations strategy with senior leadership • Drive improvements in technology stability and performance • Oversee Microsoft 365 services and their operational efficiency • Manage enterprise technology operations across platforms and services • Lead the establishment of operational standards and policies

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field • 10+ years in technology operations or infrastructure • 5+ years leading infrastructure and operations teams • Proven experience in risk-sensitive environments • Excellent budget management skills
