Job description
Join Robertson Electric Wholesale as Branch Manager and drive performance in Canada's leading electrical distributor. This position focuses on team leadership and operational excellence.

In this management role, you will be responsible for all branch operations, ensuring that your team is well-trained and motivated to meet goals. Your skills in performance metrics monitoring and customer relationship building will be crucial to success. A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience is required.

Key Responsibilities: • Direct and support internal staff towards common goals • Maintain effective training programs for staff • Foster sales growth through team coaching • Ensure customer satisfaction and vendor relations • Participate in future management planning

Requirements: • Minimum 5-7 years of management experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Background in the electrical industry • Proven leadership skills over a team of up to 15 • Handling of confidential management information
