Job description
Lead a sales revolution as the Head of Sales, focusing on innovative AI solutions. Balance strategic account management with building a scalable sales organization.

This senior role involves defining commercial strategies that position the company as a leader in HOA and multifamily markets. You’ll lead high-touch relationships and develop playbooks that others can follow. Experience in navigating B2B SaaS will allow you to transform the industry effectively.

Key Responsibilities: • Design the holistic sales process and develop scripts • Own revenue responsibilities for key accounts • Recruit and continuously develop sales talent • Ensure accurate sales forecasting through CRM • Convey customer insights to the product teams

Requirements: • 8+ years in sales, with a minimum of 3 in leadership • Proven track record in multi-stakeholder sales environments • Experience in building sales teams and processes • Strong presentation skills for executive engagement • Data-focused leadership style to enhance efficiency
