Job description
Shape safety strategies as Director of Occupational Health and Safety. Oversee enterprise-wide safety initiatives, ensuring that all practices meet high regulatory standards in construction environments.

As a pivotal leader, your focus will be on developing a comprehensive safety management system. You will work with various stakeholders, including project directors and contractors, to instill a culture of safety across all operations. This role emphasizes strategic planning, compliance, and effective communication at all organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead the establishment of health and safety protocols • Ensure strategic alignment with corporate safety goals • Collaborate with executive teams to provide safety insights • Drive training programs for employee safety adherence • Manage safety incident investigations and reporting

Requirements: • Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or relevant discipline • Over 8 years in safety leadership, preferably in construction • CRSP certification or eligibility is advantageous • Strong executive communication and presentation skills • Experience with auditing and developing safety frameworks
