Job description
Drive clinical excellence as an Associate Director Project Manager for Country Operations at Alexion. Lead complex studies, manage risks, and ensure adherence to regulatory compliance for impactful research.

In this senior role, you will be responsible for executing study deliverables while leading local teams in high-priority, multinational clinical trials. With a focus on study quality and timeliness, you will oversee site identification, feasibility assessments, and regulatory submissions. Your expertise in project management will guide the execution of assigned protocols, ensuring successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee quality and timing of study deliverables • Conduct comprehensive feasibility assessments with teams • Facilitate site selection and qualification processes • Manage timely submissions to evaluating authorities • Lead recruitment initiatives and performance discussions

Requirements: • Bachelor's or advanced degree in life sciences • Minimum 5 years of experience with CRO or pharma • Strong project management skills • Proven track record in complex phase studies • Excellent GCP compliance understanding
