Job description
Play a vital role in manufacturing engineering as you lead Lean initiatives. Drive waste reduction, process enhancements, and safety improvements in a dynamic production environment.

In this capacity, you will facilitate various continuous improvement activities. This includes engaging in Kaizen events, Gemba walks, and collaborative problem-solving with team members. Transforming the manufacturing facility's culture to embrace a Lean approach will be a major focus of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead Lean initiatives to eliminate 8 wastes • Facilitate 5S activities and value stream mapping • Develop and maintain visual management tools • Support the introduction of new products and processes • Communicate project updates effectively to stakeholders

Requirements: • Associate degree in Mechanical Design or Engineering required • 5 years manufacturing engineering experience preferred • Proficient in CAD software, including Inventor/AutoCAD • Excellent critical thinking and communication skills • Ability to handle pressure and maintain confidentiality
