Job description
Elevate your career with First Nations Bank of Canada as a Trust Officer in Vancouver. Deliver ethical trust client services while collaborating with Indigenous governments and organizations.

As a Trust Officer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality client support from our Vancouver office located on Squamish Nation reserve land. Your role will include preparing meeting agendas, recording minutes, and ensuring compliance with trust service policies. You will engage with trustees, leadership, and members to enhance their trust-related knowledge and ensure exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities: • Act as primary contact for assigned trust clients • Provide compliant and best-in-class client experiences • Oversee the preparation of agendas and meeting minutes • Conduct trust-related training for clients and trustees • Review and execute investment advisor contracts

Requirements: • 3-5 years of related experience preferred • Business administration degree ideal, but not required • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Knowledge of legal and financial trust issues • Commitment to privacy and conflict of interest policies
