Job description
Manage cost estimation processes in civil engineering projects at a senior level. Bring your analytical skills and industry experience to drive accurate estimates and collaborate with project stakeholders.

In the role of Senior Estimator, you will lead the preparation of cost estimates throughout the design phase. You'll analyze drawings and specifications, develop quantity take-offs, and identify cost drivers essential for successful project execution. This position requires collaboration with engineering teams and active participation in estimate reviews and project budgeting efforts.

Key Responsibilities: • Prepare cost estimates for civil and structural projects • Analyze drawings and specifications professionally • Develop quantity take-offs and cost breakdowns accurately • Collaborate with procurement and project controls teams • Maintain estimating databases for historical analysis

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline • 8–10 years of relevant estimating experience • Background in heavy civil or infrastructure projects • Strong analytical capabilities and communication skills • Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Excel
