Job description

About the Role:

The Vendor Marketing Manager develops, coordinates, executes marketing campaigns and manages budgets for assigned vendor accounts with a primary focus on Cisco. The core responsibilities include managing deadlines, projects requirements, vendor marketing activity implementation, and Marketing Development Funds claims to ensure accuracy. This role supports the Cisco marketing relationship and works as a liaison with internal stakeholders to support the business needs and desired outcomes. The Vendor Marketing Manager has a robust understanding of ROI requirements of executed campaigns and ability to present detailed metrics and recommendations to key stakeholders.

  • Manages projects through workflow management systems

  • Marketing Development Fund Management and claims

  • Marketing Communications

  • ROI reporting

  • Project Planning and Execution

  • Process Improvement Projects

What We're Looking For:

  • 5 - 10 Years of relevant work experience.

  • Bachelor's Degree required with Marketing or Business Field of Study preferred.

  • Additional Education or Certifications in Project Management are a plus.

  • Preferred: Experience working with Cisco programs, campaigns or vendor marketing processes.

Annual compensation offered will be based on several variables including geographic location, work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.

  • Hiring Salary Range $ 53,000 - $70,000

Le ou la Spécialiste, marketing des fournisseurs développe, coordonne et exécute des campagnes marketing et gère les budgets pour des comptes fournisseurs assignés. Les responsabilités principales comprennent la gestion des échéances, des exigences de projet, la mise en œuvre des activités marketing des fournisseurs et le traitement des demandes de remboursement des Fonds de développement du marketing (MDF), en veillant à l’exactitude. Ce rôle soutient la relation marketing avec les fournisseurs et agit comme personne‑ressource auprès des parties prenantes internes afin d’appuyer les besoins d’affaires et les résultats souhaités. Le ou la Spécialiste possède une compréhension approfondie des exigences en matière de retour sur investissement (ROI) des campagnes exécutées et la capacité de présenter des mesures détaillées et des recommandations aux parties prenantes clés.

Vos responsabilités

  • Gérer les projets via des systèmes de gestion des flux de travail.

  • Assurer la gestion des Fonds de développement du marketing (MDF) et des demandes de remboursement.

  • Piloter les communications marketing.

  • Produire des rapports sur le retour sur investissement (ROI).

  • Planifier et exécuter des projets.

  • Contribuer à des initiatives d’amélioration des processus.

Profil recherché

  • 5 - 10 ans d’expérience de travail pertinente.

  • Baccalauréat exigé; spécialisation en marketing ou en administration des affaires (business) privilégiée.

  • Des études complémentaires ou des certifications en gestion de projet constituent un atout.

Rémunération
La rémunération annuelle offerte sera établie en fonction de plusieurs facteurs, dont la localisation géographique, l’expérience de travail, la formation et les compétences/réalisations, et sera convenue d’un commun accord au moment de l’offre.

Échelle salariale à l’embauche : 53,000 to 70,000 CAD
