Job description
Lead payroll and employee benefits administration as a Payroll Manager. This hybrid role involves ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processes while managing group insurance and employee data.

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will closely collaborate with the Accounting Department. Key responsibilities include processing payroll, ensuring compliance with employee records, and providing support related to group insurance. Your focus on continuous improvement and stakeholder collaboration will enhance payroll department efficiency across various provinces.

Key Responsibilities: • Administer complete payroll cycle from start to finish • Manage group insurance enrollments and billing • Ensure accuracy of employee records and compliance • Calculate and update various data fields efficiently • Provide high-quality customer service to staff and managers

Requirements: • 3 to 5 years of experience in payroll management • Knowledge of Canadian payroll laws is a plus • Excellent communication skills in French and English • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively • High level of discretion and attention to detail
