Job description
Join TMX Group as a Talent Acquisition Partner focusing on Global Technology Services in Toronto, ON. Master the full-cycle recruitment process and play a vital role in driving breakthroughs in technology talent acquisition.

This hybrid role involves reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition. You’ll lead recruitment for technical positions, strategizing with hiring managers on priorities and sourcing. By leveraging market intelligence, you will advise on talent trends, enabling the attraction of top-tier candidates while ensuring a high-touch experience throughout the recruiting process.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process with excellence • Engage with hiring managers to design sourcing strategies • Utilize data to create and manage diverse talent pipelines • Deliver a positive recruitment experience for candidates • Contribute to global HR initiatives across teams

Requirements: • 3+ years of recruitment experience, in-house or agency • Proven skills in proactive talent engagement strategies • Strong negotiation and communication abilities • Familiarity with Workday HRIS systems • Bilingual communication in French and English is a plus
