Job description
Step into the role of Senior HR Advisor, enhancing multi-site operations through strategic HR partnerships and decision-making support. Provide comprehensive HR solutions while promoting an inclusive workplace.

You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, guiding them through complex HR scenarios while contributing to overall organizational growth. This role involves providing support across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, organizational change, and employee relations dynamics. Travel is a key component, enabling personal engagement with district teams.

Key Responsibilities: • Deliver consultative HR support across multiple locations • Collaborate with leaders to align HR activities with priorities • Manage sensitive employee relations issues proactively • Analyze workforce trends to inform strategic decisions • Champion inclusive culture initiatives with HR teams

Requirements: • 6–10 years in progressive HR roles preferred • Proficient with HRIS and applicant tracking systems • Strong influence over senior management decisions • Experience in organizational design and workforce planning • CPHR designation and a passion for inclusivity
