Job Description: Who We Are TD Business Banking offers financial solutions to Canadian businesses, from small enterprises to large commercial clients. The Commercial Deposits & Cash Management Services (CMS) team plays a critical role in enabling clients to move, manage, and optimize cash flow securely and efficiently.
The P&L and Portfolio Management team within Commercial Deposits and CMS drives revenue growth and client value through disciplined pricing, accurate billing, and strong portfolio management. The team partners with Sales, Product, Finance, Operations, Treasury and Balance Sheet Management (TDBSM), Analytics (BBAI2), and Technology. This role supports Deposit pricing and CMS billing governance, revenue optimization, and portfolio strategy execution.
Role Overview The Senior Product Analyst serves as the subject matter expert for pricing inquiries and exceptions, pricing tools, billing enhancements, revenue leakage identification, sales dashboards, and account and portfolio analytics.
The incumbent will work closely with the Manager, Billing, Manager, P&L - Deposits, and the Senior Manager, P&L and Portfolio Management, supporting ongoing business operations and strategic initiatives while ensuring strong analytical rigor, governance, and stakeholder alignment.
Key Accountabilities Pricing Management & Exception Governance
Manage and assess pricing inquiries and exceptions for Commercial Deposits and CMS products, ensuring adherence to pricing frameworks, profitability thresholds, and governance standards.
Conduct financial and client-level analysis to support pricing recommendations, balancing revenue, competitiveness, and client relationship considerations.
Partner with Sales, Product, Finance, and Treasury and Balance Sheet Management to resolve complex pricing scenarios and escalations.
Document pricing rationale, decisioning outcomes, and approvals.
Pricing Tools - Enhancement & Development
Support the enhancement, maintenance, and evolution of pricing tools, including calculators, pricing grids, and exception support tools.
Support translating business requirements into clear functional specifications in partnership with team members, Technology and Analytics teams.
Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve pricing workflows and to enhance front‑line efficiency and decision quality.
Ensure pricing tools support effective P&L management, reporting accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
Billing Process Support & Revenue Integrity
Partner with the Manager, Billing to:
Enhance billing processes, controls, and reconciliation frameworks.
Identify, quantify, and remediate revenue leakage related to pricing setup, billing execution, or process gaps.
Support root cause analysis and development of corrective action plans.
Analyze billing data and trends to highlight risks, control weaknesses, and improvement opportunities.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen billing accuracy and client experience.
P&L & Sales Reporting Support
Support the Manager, P&L - Deposits by:
Enhancing pricing and profitability reporting.
Developing and maintaining sales and portfolio performance dashboards.
Providing insights on revenue trends, pricing effectiveness, and client behavior.
Deliver clear, concise analytical insights to inform sales strategies, pricing decisions, and portfolio optimization.
Portfolio & Account Management Strategy Support
Support the Senior Manager, P&L and Portfolio Management with:
Account segmentation, performance analysis, and opportunity sizing.
Identification of portfolio risks, concentration issues, and growth opportunities.
Development of data‑driven account management and cross‑sell strategies and recommendations.
Contribute analytical and project support to strategic initiatives and ad‑hoc requests aligned to business priorities.
Projects & Continuous Improvement
Participate in cross‑functional initiatives related to pricing, billing, revenue management, and portfolio optimization.
Lead or support projects as assigned, ensuring strong analytical discipline, stakeholder engagement, and on‑time delivery.
Remain current on industry trends, competitive practices, and internal policy changes impacting pricing and cash management.
Requirements & Qualifications Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Typically 5+ years of progressive experience in business analysis, pricing, finance, product, or portfolio management within banking or financial services.
Experience in cash management, deposits, payments, or commercial banking strongly preferred.
Core Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Solid understanding of pricing strategies, profitability analysis, and revenue drivers.
Experience supporting process improvements, controls, or revenue integrity initiatives.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience supporting senior leadership.
