Responsibilities
Oversee team performance to ensure project goals and deadlines are met.
Provide mentorship and resolve conflicts to maintain efficiency and collaboration.
Manage projects from concept to construction, ensuring compliance with standards and client needs.
Prepare technical designs, specifications, reports, and proposals.
Monitor industry trends and financial performance while building strong client relationships.
Pursue new business opportunities in municipal infrastructure and public sector projects.
Lead RFQ and RFP proposals, delivering innovative, client-focused solutions.
Oversee schedules to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with goals.
Develop strategies to expand market presence and boost revenue growth.
Qualifications
University degree in Engineering, with an Ing. or P.Eng. designation preferred.
At least 12 years of experience in engineering design, project management, or business development within the municipal sector.
Demonstrated expertise in transportation infrastructure design and delivery.
Experience leading and managing teams of professionals.
Strong analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a detail-oriented mindset.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Proven organizational capabilities and a flexible, solution-driven approach to challenges.
Fluency in both written and spoken French and English.
A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
Familiarity with rail and transit projects, considered an asset.
