The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations and provide leadership to the team to achieve sales goals, excellent customer service, and operational excellence. Responsibilities include managing inventory, leading and developing team members, ensuring visual merchandising standards are followed, and creating strategies to enhance the customer experience. The Store Manager will track sales performance, maintain store cleanliness, and oversee staff schedules to ensure effective operations. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Saint John, NB. Qualifications
Strong leadership, team management, and staff development skills Experience in retail operations, inventory management, and sales analysis Knowledge of visual merchandising and ability to implement brand standards Exceptional customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills Previous experience in retail management is highly preferred Passion for active lifestyles and familiarity with lifestyle brands is a definite asset
