This role follows a
hybrid model based in downtown Toronto, combining in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

What You’ll Be Doing - Proactively source top technical talent for current and upcoming openings
- Conduct in-depth technical screenings to assess skills, experience, and team fit
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across key skill areas
- Manage and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Prepare candidate presentations and detailed write-ups for client submissions
- Review inbound applicants and identify high-potential profiles
- Leverage a variety of sourcing tools, platforms, and creative outreach strategies
- Identify potential business development leads through candidate interactions
- Support Senior Account Managers by helping pipeline prospective clients
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements and team initiatives
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment (technical recruitment strongly preferred)
- Experience using and maintaining an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and IT roles is an asset
- Self-starter mentality with strong drive, urgency, and accountability
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and clients professionally
- Solid technical aptitude and confidence navigating recruitment technologies and tools
- Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
