Job description
Drive North America operations accounting as the Associate Director, focusing on compliance and financial reporting. This hybrid position fosters collaboration across functions and emphasizes process improvement.

This role entails guiding accounting activities for multiple legal entities while ensuring adherence to US and German GAAP. With over 10 years of experience, you'll lead a team in enhancing operational efficiency, utilizing ERP systems like SAP S/4HANA to achieve standardization and automation. Your strong analytical skills will be key in financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee revenue and inventory accounting processes • Lead the Operations Accounting team with effective guidance • Review and approve journal entries and accruals • Prepare audit schedules and accounting memos • Conduct variance analysis and identify key drivers

Requirements: • 10+ years of relevant accounting/cost accounting experience • 7+ years supervisory experience in similar roles • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance • Expert knowledge of US GAAP • Excellent communication and analytical skills
