R-154091### **Job Description**## **Overview**The Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Integration Manager is responsible for ensuring that operational, maintenance, and lifecycle requirements derived over the design, construction, testing, and commissioning of the Light Rail Transit (LRT) system are fully integrated into the operational regime. This role acts as the primary interface between the operating entity (Calgary Transit) and the design–build organizations to deliver a safe, reliable, maintainable, and cost-effective railway system from day one of service.## **Your role*** Lead the management and integration of O&M requirements derived over the system design, construction, testing, and commissioning activities across all LRT subsystems (civil, systems, vehicles, facilities).* Serve as the primary point of contact between Operations, Maintenance, Systems Engineering, and Design & Construction teams to manage interface and readiness issues.* Working with Calgary Transit develop the Rule Book and the suite of Operational, Maintenance and Emergency procedures.* Develop and manage the O&M concept of operations, maintenance strategies, staffing assumptions, and asset lifecycle considerations.* Support establishing asset management database, tracking system components with lifecycle maintenance schedules.
