The Monarch Group is seeking a hands‑on, data‑oriented quality leader to help shape and elevate quality across a growing North American manufacturing network. This is a unique opportunity to bring structure, alignment, consistency, and long‑term vision to quality systems across multiple sites. Working closely with executive leadership, you’ll play a key role in strengthening and enhancing compliance, building capability at the plant level, elevating performance and building long‑term customer confidence. Opportunity to influence quality across a multi‑site North American footprint (Canada and U.S.) Direct collaboration with executive leadership Opportunity to standardize and scale a Quality Management System (QMS) Play a meaningful role in strengthening audit performance and compliance (cGMP, SQF) Help evolve quality practices from reactive toward a more proactive, process‑driven approach Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and ongoing enhancement of a standardized QMS across sites Ensure strong compliance with cGMP, SQF, HACCP, and customer requirements Support and develop site‑level quality teams, building alignment, discipline and accountability Drive improvements in customer complaints, defects, and audit outcomes Partner cross‑functionally with Operations and Continuous Improvement teams to embed quality into processes Support audit readiness and performance across all facilities Lead the quality teams at various facilities What We’re Looking For
Proven quality leadership experience in manufacturing (plastics, packaging, automotive, or CPG preferred) Strong knowledge and expertise in regulated environments (cGMP, SQF, HACCP) Experience working across multiple sites or complex operations A leader who is equally comfortable on the plant floor and influencing at a senior level Someone who builds systems, develops people, and drives sustainable improvement Location:
