Job descriptionYour Opportunity at ARC’TERYX As the Senior Finance Analyst, Reporting, you will play a key role in elevating our global reporting foundation and strengthening how financial information is delivered, understood, and leveraged across the business. You will partner with Accounting and Regional FP&A teams to enhance the quality, consistency, and insightfulness of month‑end and weekly performance reporting.
In this role you will support the evolution of our global reporting processes, improve utilization of financial systems, and help drive initiatives that enhance visibility into business performance. Through your work you will enable better decision‑making across the organization and contribute to long‑term strategic planning initiatives.
Meet Your Future Team The Corporate FP&A team at Arc’teryx leads the monthly and quarterly global reporting on business performance, both internally and externally. Through review of historic financials, variance analysis and KPI tracking, we advise on key areas of performance improvement and strategic direction for the company.
Key Responsibilities
Enhance, prepare, and deliver global month‑end and quarterly reporting packages with focus on accuracy, clarity, and continuous improvement.
Lead the weekly global sales reporting process, ensuring timely delivery of clear and actionable insights for leadership.
Strengthen the use of financial tools and data sources across regions to ensure reporting is consistent, reliable, and easy to understand.
Collaborate with Accounting and Regional FP&A teams to streamline reporting processes, standardize outputs, and strengthen insights across markets.
Build and improve financial models to support cross‑functional initiatives, business cases, and special projects.
Drive enhancements to reporting systems, data workflows, and global processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and usability.
Partner with the FP&A team on long‑term strategic planning, contributing analysis, assumptions and model development to inform multi‑year scenarios.
Required Qualifications
4+ years proven experience in Finance and/or Financial Planning & Analysis role.
Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting or equivalent; CPA, CMA, CA, CFA or MBA preferred.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Advanced analytical skills with strong aptitude for MS Excel and data analysis tools.
Highly proficient in accounting systems and business intelligence (BI) tools.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
Experience building financial models and translating insights into clear recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments, organizations and countries.
Ability to coordinate and lead projects to completion.
Proactive identification of root cause of issues and development of solutions.
Flexibility and adaptability when faced with ambiguity.

Compensation Salary range: CAD$94,000 – CAD$124,000.
