Job description
Strategically lead transportation logistics as a Director focused on North American operations. Maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness, all while working in a hybrid environment.

As the Director, you will oversee logistics operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery across the U.S. and Canada. You will guide transportation teams, develop budgets, and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Cross-functional collaboration will be key to successful sourcing and distribution strategies that drive company growth.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute North American transportation strategies • Monitor overall transportation compliance and performance • Drive freight cost savings through optimization efforts • Analyze performance data for strategic insights • Collaborate with teams for successful logistics functions

Requirements: • 10+ years of logistics management experience • Proficiency in handling U.S. and Canadian freight operations • Strong understanding of Transportation Management Systems • Track record of achieving cost reduction goals • Experience mentoring and developing logistics teams
