Job description
Join Trail Appliances as the Manager of Brand Strategy in British Columbia, where you will enhance our customer experience through innovative brand engagement. This role focuses on strategic brand leadership and impactful campaign execution.

In this senior position, you will oversee all aspects of how Trail's brand is represented across channels. You will lead a team of marketing specialists while working closely with retail and digital teams to execute successful promotional initiatives. Your ability to drive awareness and customer loyalty will be crucial.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead brand strategy development and execution • Plan and optimize promotional campaigns across all channels • Manage supplier partnerships and COOP programs • Create impactful in-store brand experiences • Analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement

Requirements: • Over 5 years in marketing or brand management • Proven team leadership and project management skills • Experience in multi-channel campaign execution • Solid budget management capabilities • Understanding of retail or consumer sectors is a plus
