Responsibilities
Analyze and documentlogisticsand transportation processes toidentifyopportunities for efficiency and cost savings.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and ensure alignment with operational goals.
Support the development and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs).
Contribute to the evaluation and implementation of process and technology improvements.
Draft business requirement documents to guide operational technology enhancements.
Identifyoperational challenges and propose data-driven solutions.
Create andmaintaindocumentation, including process flows and user guides.
The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.
Qualifications
Currently in3rdor 4thyear of pursuing a bachelor's degree, or pursuing a master's degree,inlogistics,supplychainmanagement, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational processes.
Eagerness to understand andoptimizelogistical and transportationalsystems.
Strong collaboration andcommunication skillsto convey operational insights clearly.
