Role Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Consultant with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights. The ideal candidate will lead customer data platform (CDP) implementations, unify customer data, and deliver actionable insights to drive personalized customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Delivery
Lead end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing).
Design and implement Customer Data Platform (CDP) solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Insights.
Define data ingestion strategies from multiple sources (CRM, ERP, web, mobile, third‑party systems).
Configure data unification, segmentation, and customer journey orchestration.
Customer Insights Expertise
Implement customer data unification, identity resolution, and profile creation.
Build advanced segmentation and predictive analytics models (churn, lifetime value, recommendations).
Enable real‑time personalization and targeted marketing campaigns.
Integrate Customer Insights with Dynamics 365 Marketing and other CE apps.
Technical & Integration
Work with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Power Platform.
Design APIs and integrations with external systems.
Ensure data governance, compliance, and security standards.
Stakeholder Management
Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions.
Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions.
Act as a trusted advisor for customer data strategy and digital transformation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing).
5+ years hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights.
Strong understanding of Customer Data Platforms (CDP), data modeling, and data lakes.
Experience in customer segmentation, analytics, and personalization strategies.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
Experience with SQL, data transformation, ETL processes.
Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and data pipelines.
Familiarity with Power BI for reporting and dashboards.
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Microsoft Azure.
Experience with Customer Insights - Journeys (Real‑time Marketing).
Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations.
