Job description
Drive success as a Consultant specializing in D365 CRM implementation. Utilize your expertise to configure solutions that streamline client operations and improve efficiency across platforms.

This dynamic role demands a strong understanding of business processes and data integration. You will be responsible for configuring D365 applications, documenting solutions, and training end-users to ensure seamless project transitions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential for delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities: • Analyze and gather business requirements for D365 setups • Customize D365 applications for specific operational needs • Document configurations and design processes thoroughly • Deliver training and support during project phases • Collaborate with teams to ensure quality delivery

Requirements: • 5–10 years experience with a focus on CRM solutions • Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 functionalities • Strong analytical prowess and consulting skills • Excellent verbal and written communication • Certifications in Dynamics 365 or related areas are valued
