Job description
Lead the culinary team at Farm Boy as a Chef Department Manager. This role focuses on exceptional customer service and operational excellence to create the ultimate fresh shopping experience.

As a key leader at Farm Boy, you will collaborate with the Store Manager and Retail Specialist to execute strategies that promote high performance and achieve departmental goals. Your hands-on leadership will involve recruiting, training, and coaching team members while overseeing business deliverables like inventory management and quality control. Cultivate a culture of trust and engagement through active communication and regular team meetings.

Key Responsibilities: • Deliver outstanding customer service aligned with Farm Boy's vision • Collaborate on strategies to meet departmental objectives • Build a high-performing team through training and performance reviews • Manage inventory, product quality, and compliance with policies • Participate in store coverage as Manager on Duty

Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience • Completion of Public Health Food Handler certification • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments • Flexibility for evening and weekend shifts
