🔹 Who We Are Looking For
👉 We are looking for a RisingStar HR Generalist, an energetic, high-agency HR / PeopleOps professional (5+ years) who wants to take a big step forward in their career and become a Talent Leader for AI age and build the team, culture, and career paths for this AI-powered world.
This role is designed for someone who:
- comes from IT industry / tech startups or IT services (required)
- has a generalist background and wants to expand into full TalentOps ownership
- has an entrepreneurial or business mindset (startup, side projects, Biz/Admin background)
- is AI-native and excited to use AI to improve how PeopleOps works
You bring a positive, forward-moving attitude and help create an environment of ownership, responsibility, and creativity across a fully remote team.
You will play a key role in taking our remote culture to the next level — not just maintaining it, but actively building it.
- organize and run remote activities, rituals, and engagement programs

- improve how people collaborate, communicate, and grow remotely

🔹 What You Bring
1️⃣ PeopleOps & Culture (Remote-First)
- 5+ years in HR / PeopleOps in tech environments
- Experience supporting remote or distributed teams
- Interest in building culture, engagement, and internal activities
- Ability to design or support career paths, PDPs, and growth frameworks
- Strong empathy balanced with clear, structured policies
- Passion for creating a workplace where people feel connected and motivated
2️⃣ Recruiting & Talent Networks (Global)
- Experience recruiting for technical or product roles
- Ability to source beyond inbound (direct outreach, communities, referrals)
- Interest in building and maintaining long-term candidate relationships
- Exposure to hiring across US, Canada, and LATAM is a plus
- Curiosity to learn how to identify high-potential candidates, not just fill roles
3️⃣ AI & Automation Mindset
- Active use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.)
- Curiosity to experiment and improve workflows using AI
- Interest in automating:
- sourcing and screening
- onboarding and documentation
- internal PeopleOps processes
- Mindset of “if it repeats, automate it”
Preferred
- Spanish language proficiency
- Background that combines startup and IT services exposure
- Entrepreneurial experience (startup, side projects, business/admin background)
- Hands-on familiarity with tools such as:
- ClaudeCode
- Claude CoWork
- OpenAI / Gemini tools
