The
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the organization, driving financial strategy, and performance. Working closely with the President and operational leaders, the CFO ensures financial integrity, supports business growth, and provides strategic insight to guide decision-making across all business divisions.
This role supports multiple entities, with responsibilities across core financial functions for multiple companies. The CFO plays a critical role in bridging finance and operations to drive performance, accountability, and growth.
Key areas of responsibility will include strategic leadership & financial oversight, financial operations, reporting & analytics, cash flow & capital management, financing & insurance, projects & continous improvement, operational & business support, and external stakeholder management.
The ideal candidate will have:
CPA or CFA designation (required) Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (required) 10+ Years in a senior financial leadership role (required) Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to guide teams and influence goal-oriented outcomes (required). Exceptional analytical skills to interpret data and provide practical, working solutions (required). Strong financial and strategic thinking and business acumen (required). Time management proficiency as well as organization and attention to detail to meet time-sensitive deadlines (required). Effective communicator, both verbally and written, as well as organizational and stakeholder management skills (required). Proven expertise in financial management systems and reporting tools (required). Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills (required). Expert understanding of risk management and internal controls (required). Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities (required).
