Job description
Become an Employee Benefits Specialist as an Account Manager. Focus on enhancing client satisfaction and managing relationships within the insurance industry.

In this role, you will oversee accounts, ensuring effective communication and project management. The position involves building partnerships with clients while addressing their needs and expectations. Your ability to analyze data and trends will directly influence client satisfaction and future business growth.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage client accounts ensuring satisfaction and quality service • Lead project meetings and coordinate deliverables • Develop relationships with carriers for effective administration • Conduct market analysis and prepare relevant reports • Resolve client concerns promptly and efficiently

Requirements: • 3+ years of account management in insurance • Required Life Accident & Health License • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with Excel emphasis • Strong communication and analytical skills • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
