Job description
Take on a pivotal role as a Program Coordinator to enhance global training programs across developing regions. Focus on logistics, communication, and compliance to achieve outstanding results.

In this vital position, you'll coordinate various aspects of program management to ensure seamless delivery. Work collaboratively with program teams and stakeholders to manage timelines and guard against project risks. Utilize your problem-solving abilities to process requests for data-driven insights that guide program improvements.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage logistics for in-person and virtual training sessions • Create and maintain program schedules and timelines • Communicate effectively with participants and project leads • Organize promotional efforts for capacity development initiatives • Conduct evaluations and prepare reports following programs

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years relevant work experience • Familiarity with project management and organizational protocols • Proficient in Microsoft Office and video conferencing software • Strong time management and multi-tasking capabilities • Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
