Job description
Step into an Executive Director role, leading property management and overseeing project execution within a vibrant commercial portfolio. Focus on enhancing operations, service delivery, and tenant satisfaction.

In this strategic position, you will manage the operations and maintenance of commercial properties while driving project initiatives. A strong background in property and project management is essential for success in this role, along with the ability to lead large teams and engage with tenants effectively. You will also ensure compliance with relevant regulations and manage various service contracts.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead operational management and maintenance initiatives • Address tenant service requests for improved operations • Develop project scopes and manage financials • Conduct compliance reviews and safety training • Co-lead annual service contract evaluations

Requirements: • 10+ years of relevant experience in real estate and management • Degree or certification in Property Management required • In-depth understanding of construction and maintenance operations • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Yardi an asset • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
