Responsibilities 1. Partner Strategy & Market Alignment
Define Lyfegen strategic partnership framework for EMEA and Canada in close collaboration with executive leadership.
Identify market specific‑partnership priorities to complement and accelerate existing commercial strategies.
Ensure partner initiatives reinforce Lyfegen go‑to‑market objectives, ICPs, and vertical priorities in each region.
Regularly review partner strategy against market performance and evolving sales needs.
2. Partner Identification, Recruitment & Positioning
Identify, recruit, and structure partnerships with consulting and advisory firms, system integrators and implementation partners, technology and data platform providers.
Lead commercial negotiations, contracting, and partner business planning.
Define clear engagement models to avoid channel conflict and ensure sales alignment.
Ensure partners are positioned as extensions of Lyfegen commercial organization, not parallel channels.
3. Partner‑Led Opportunity Generation & Deal Execution
Own the creation, management, and closure of partner sourced and partner‑influenced opportunities.
Work jointly with Lyfegen Sales teams to identify joint pipeline opportunities, position integrated value propositions, navigate complex enterprise and public‑sector buying processes.
Act as executive sponsor on strategic accounts and partner‑led deals.
Maintain accountability for partner driven pipeline, bookings, and revenue targets.
4. Commercial Team Integration & Orchestration
Collaborate closely with Lyfegen existing commercial teams (consultants, SDR, SaleOps) to ensure seamless execution at market level.
Establish joint operating rhythms, including territory and account alignment, opportunity governance, QBRs and pipeline reviews.
Ensure clarity on deal ownership, lead attribution, and commercial responsibilities.
Resolve execution friction between partners and sales teams quickly and decisively.
Actively promote a “one commercial team” mindset across Lyfegen and its partners.
5. Cross Functional‑ Collaboration
Serve as the primary liaison between partners and internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, SalesOps, Legal, Marketing, Delivery).
Ensure partner offers align with product roadmap, implementation capabilities, and customer expectations.
Work with SalesOps to ensure accurate tracking of partner pipeline, revenue, and performance.
Align partner messaging and positioning with marketing and sales enablement initiatives.
6. Alliances Function & Team Building
Design and scale Lyfegen alliances organization over time.
Recruit, onboard, and manage Alliance Managers as regional coverage expands.
Define goals, KPIs, and performance expectations for the alliances team.
Build a performance driven culture focused on revenue impact and execution excellence.
7. Performance Management & Scaling
Define and track partner KPIs, including partner‑sourced and partner‑influenced pipeline, revenue contribution and win rates, market‑level execution effectiveness.
Conduct regular partner and internal commercial reviews.
Scale high‑performing partnerships and exit underperforming ones.
Continuously refine the partner operating model based on market feedback.
Core Qualifications
5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, enterprise sales, or business development.
Proven success driving revenue through partner ecosystems.
Strong experience working with consulting firms, system integrators, and technology partners.
Demonstrated ability to operate in lockstep with existing commercial teams in complex markets.
Senior level negotiation, stakeholder management, and execution leadership skills.
Comfortable operating across EMEA and Canada.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare, pharma, life sciences, or public‑sector ecosystems.
Proven track record of building and leading alliances or channel teams.
Experience integrating partners into enterprise or public‑sector sales motions.
Strong understanding of multi‑stakeholder procurement and tender environments.
Fluency in English; additional European languages are a strong advantage.
