THE WORK You’ll work alongside project managers, engineers, technologists, and strategists to develop and deliver factories, grids, transit systems, and public infrastructure. You’ll support the Client Capital Projects Group in enhancing the utilization of access opportunities on rail corridors.
Provide performance metrics and analysis on access utilization.
Maintain and update control boards and digital Power BI dashboards based on user feedback.
Support performance management reviews with data-driven insights.
Enhance existing data sources and improve data quality across the business.
Handle client-facing responsibilities, addressing performance or data-related questions with project teams and supply chain partners.
RESPONSIBILITIES (Business System Configuration / Development II)
Assist in creation of Power BI reports & dashboards.
Maintain and enhance existing Power BI dashboards and Excel reports.
Track performance against pre-agreed KPIs.
Identify digital solutions for existing manual processes.
Integrate, implement, and administer Project Management Information System tools (CM14, Primavera Unifier, Oracle Contract Manager, EcoSys, SharePoint, ProjectWise).
Provide daily end‑user support and resolve bugs.
Create new content and bug fixes for software applications.
Conduct business analysis at varying levels of project phases.
Generate program reports and high‑quality dashboards.
Support contract management, change management, cost control, scheduling, and contract progress payments reporting.
Maintain processes and procedures for efficient workflow compliance.
Ensure data integrity across the data presentation layer.
Sustain design decisions and reporting standards documentation.
Facilitate sessions with users and management to document reporting systems and upcoming initiatives.
Organize key deliverables (business requirements, functional design documents, fit‑and‑gap analyses, data models, report mock‑ups).
Develop OBIEE analysis reports and dashboards.
Collaborate with data architecture and technical teams for efficient solutions.
Document business requirements and identify alternative technology solutions.
Maintain accuracy of program data in reports.
Conduct product testing and ensure acceptance criteria are met.
Analyze functional or operational gaps via competitive analysis and industry trends.
Consult with senior Business System Configuration or Development staff for guidance.
Complete tasks assigned by senior staff efficiently.
Qualifications
2–5 years of relevant Power BI experience, including Power Platform tools such as Power Automate, Fabric, SharePoint.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in PMIS application implementation and configuration.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management or Engineering.
Proficient with ETL processes, creating efficient queries and data structures for reporting.
Experienced in DAX for context‑based calculated measures.
Understanding of relational data modelling and efficient schema design.
Design high‑quality Power BI visuals, layouts, and interactions.
Independent project management, delivering end‑to‑end solutions.
Gather requirements, manage delivery, and maintain stakeholder contact.
Manage User Acceptance Testing and provide training and documentation.
Innovate with new techniques and technologies for project objectives.
Strong communication skills, confident speaking and presenting.
Collaborative, curious, and self‑led learner.

Data and digital management of large capital programs.
Managing multiple concurrent system implementation or integration projects.
Project costing, scheduling, earned value performance metrics, and construction or contract administration.
Project Management and Construction processes and application knowledge.
Programming skills (DotNet, PL/SQL, Java, Python, R).
Experience with Primavera Unifier, P6, and EcoSys.
Ability to prioritize and manage competing risks.

Compensation Toronto: $95,000 to $135,000 annually
