We are looking for an experienced candidate ASAP to fill the following open role. The ideal candidate MUST have a strong background and proven skills as a Senior R&D and Formulation Chemist of personal care product creation. The ideal candidate also will have experience in project management, team management with a background QA and regulatory experience.

Functional Ownership of the following areas: Manage oversee Research, Development, Quality Assurance and Regulatory with a small team reporting to you.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Formulation & Product Development:
manage, train, plan and develop Lab Assistant(s) functions, duties and responsibilities.
Client Communication:
Documentation and Regulatory Compliance:
Management of all Technical Functions, Strategy, R&D, Lab, Scale-Up, matrix support of Production, measurement, reporting, etc.
