The Role The Director of B2B Growth will own the strategy, development, and execution of Cymax Group’s strategic B2B business. This role sits at the intersection of revenue growth, strategic alliances, and operational execution—responsible for identifying high-impact partners, launching scalable B2B programs, and turning relationships into measurable commercial outcomes.
This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who can think long‑term, negotiate complex deals, and work cross‑functionally to bring partnerships to life.
This is a hybrid role (at least 1-2 days in office), based in the Gastown area of Vancouver, BC.
What You’ll Do B2B Growth & Revenue
Own and grow Cymax Group’s B2B channel, including enterprise, wholesale, and strategic accounts
Develop scalable B2B offerings, pricing structures, and go‑to‑market strategies
Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition, account expansion, and long‑term contracts
Partner with Sales, Product, Operations, and Analytics teams to deliver strong B2B customer outcomes
Cross‑Functional Leadership
Work closely with Finance, Product, Operations, and Marketing to ensure partnerships are commercially sound and operationally viable
Translate partner needs into internal requirements and influence roadmap prioritization
Establish KPIs and reporting to track partnership performance, ROI, and revenue impact
Team & Process Building
Build and mentor a high‑performing B2B team as the function scales
Create repeatable processes, playbooks, and frameworks for B2B execution
What You Bring
Strong B2B experience, ideally in e‑commerce, marketplaces, retail, logistics, or SaaS
Proven track record of closing and scaling strategic partnerships that drive revenue
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills
Data‑driven mindset with the ability to evaluate performance and make strategic trade‑offs
Comfortable operating at both strategic and execution levels
Experience working cross‑functionally in fast‑moving, growth‑oriented environments
Nice to Have
Experience in furniture, home goods, or large‑scale retail ecosystems

Compensation & Benefits We are committed to transparency in our hiring process. The expected salary range for this role is between $120,000 and $140,000, depending on various factors including experience, skills, training and certifications, market demands, and organizational needs. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location.
