What you’ll do You are a key player on the IT team, and you will have a direct impact on the technological groundwork of GraceMed. This is an autonomous role where you will take ownership of IT initiatives from concept through to completion, making independent decisions and driving projects forward with minimal supervision. This is a hybrid position based out of our Support Office in Oakville, with travel to GraceMed clinic locations on an as‑needed basis.
Independently lead and manage IT projects, taking full ownership of outcomes from initiation to delivery.
Coordinate and monitor project tasks, timelines, and deliverables with internal and external stakeholders.
Communicate project status, issues, and risks to the project manager and relevant parties.
Provide administrative support to the project team, such as scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and organizing files.
Collaborate with key stakeholders on GraceMed’s CRM and EMR software platforms.
Provide training and support to end‑users on EMR system functionality and features.
Plan and execute computer, server, and EMR system upgrades, migrations, and integrations with other applications.
Manage external support vendors and ensure SLAs are being met and key objectives are achieved.
Travel to GraceMed clinic locations as needed to support IT initiatives, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions on‑site.
What you’ll bring along Our preferred candidate is a self‑starter with a couple of years of experience in a growing environment who is passionate about building and making an impact. You are data‑driven, solutions‑oriented, and take pride in delivering results independently. An out‑of‑the‑box thinker who thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. To be successful in this role you will need:
3 – 4 years of experience in an IT position, with a demonstrated ability to work autonomously and take ownership of deliverables.
Strong proficiency in the Microsoft technology stack, including Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), Azure Active Directory, Intune, and Windows environments.
Passionate about software & hardware with an openness to continuous learning.
Experience in a growing or start‑up environment is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of general IT procedures, infrastructure, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and manage priorities without close supervision.
Aptitude in problem‑solving and high attention to detail.
Desire to work collaboratively with a results‑driven approach.
Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle for travel to clinic locations as required.
Post‑secondary education in an IT program is desirable.
