Mount Milligan is seeking a
Superintendent, Projects and Infrastructure
to oversee and manage capital projects, site services, dewatering operations, camp facilities, and transportation. Leading a multidisciplinary team, this role is responsible for driving cost-saving initiatives, enhancing safety and environmental compliance, and contributing strategically to the company’s growth. Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor project managers, engineers, and operation teams, fostering a strong safety and environmentally responsible culture. Manage and improve site infrastructure, including roads, utilities, and mine facilities, ensuring smooth, efficient operations and maintenance. Oversee dewatering operations and collaborate with site water resource personnel to optimize water management strategies to support mine and TSF production and environmental compliance. Manage Project and Infrastructure budgets, control costs. Drive innovation and efficiency in infrastructure development. Provide Support to Camp and Transportation Management. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and sustainability standards, enhancing safety performance metrics and maintaining 100% adherence to company policies. Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including corporate leadership, contractors, and local communities, to drive project success. Identify cost-saving opportunities in project execution, construction, and infrastructure maintenance. About You
Degree in Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering or relevant technical degree with significant experience required. British Columbia registered P. Eng. is preferred. Min 5+ years experience in a similar role, an asset. Proven experience in managing medium to large-scale capital projects in the mining sector or TSF construction. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams to success. Working Conditions
Camp-based role working 12-hour days on a 7 day on/7 day off rotation, with accommodation provided during rotation. Exposure to indoor/outdoor environments, heavy equipment, noise, and moving parts. PPE always required. Safety-sensitive environment with zero-tolerance drug and alcohol policy. Bus transportation provided from regional locations. Benefits
