Job descriptionAnalytics Manager We’re looking for an Analytics Manager to own how media performance is measured, connected, and translated into insight across paid and organic campaigns. This role is responsible for ensuring data integrity from set‑up through to insight, and for turning campaign signals into clear direction for planning, optimization, and future investment. You will operate inside a fast‑moving, high‑growth media team, where speed, accuracy, and clarity are critical.

What you’ll be responsible for: Reporting is a core part of this role, but success is defined by how effectively you translate performance into insight and action.
Measurement, tagging, and data integrity
Own tagging frameworks, tracking implementation, and QA across all campaigns.
Ensure platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) are set up to spec with clean, consistent data capture.
Identify and resolve tracking gaps, discrepancies, and data risks early.
Maintain clear naming conventions, UTMs, and data structure across campaigns.
Connected reporting and data systems
Build and maintain centralized dashboards (Looker Studio or similar).
Manage API‑based data connections across platforms.Ensure data across platforms, dashboards, and site analytics aligns and reconciles.
Continuously improve reporting workflows for automation, consistency, and scalability.
Performance analysis and insight generation
Analyze cross‑channel performance across platforms, formats, and audiences.
Interpret delivery signals (CPM, CPV, VCR, engagement, visit rate, etc.) in the context of how media is bought.
Identify what is driving performance, not just observation.
Translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for planning and optimization.
Strategic collaboration and process management
Partner with strategy and planning teams to inform media decisions.
Apply learnings, benchmarks, and testing into future plans.
Pressure test audience assumptions using real performance data.
Feed insights into pitches, POVs, and campaign planning.
What you bring
7–10 years in media analytics, performance measurement, or similar.
Hands‑on experience with Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
Experience working with API‑connected dashboards and multi‑platform data.
Strong understanding of paid media platforms and measurement frameworks.
Proven ability to translate data into actionable insight.
Experience working cross‑functionally with planning and activation teams.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, analytics, statistics, economics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Compensation Compensation for this role ranges from $110,000 to $140,000 CAD, depending on experience.
