Job description
Join the ROM Summer Club as a Lead Administrator, playing a vital role in managing day-to-day camp operations in Toronto. Combine your leadership skills with your passion for educational programming in a dynamic museum setting.

As a Lead Administrator for the ROM Summer Club, you will support one of Toronto’s most adored summer day camps by ensuring efficient daily operations and exceptional caregiver communication. Oversee key responsibilities from managing schedules to ensuring safety standards in all activities, while maintaining a positive and engaging atmosphere for campers.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage daily camp operations including schedules and routines • Maintain budget tracking and financial administration • Oversee inventory and ensure health and safety compliance • Lead and supervise staff, assistants, and volunteers • Act as primary communication conduit for caregivers

Requirements: • Minimum three years in educational or camp environments • Exceptional leadership and organizational skills • Strong conflict resolution and customer service abilities • Capacity for moderate to heavy physical tasks • Intermediate computer skills and administrative capabilities
