Job description
Become a key player in customer satisfaction as a Field Tech Analyst. Deliver top-notch Tier 1 and Tier 2 onsite technical support across various systems and hardware.

This role is crafted for a proactive individual ready to troubleshoot and resolve user issues effectively. You'll be responsible for hands-on support, system monitoring, and fostering seamless communication between users and technical teams. A strong work ethic and commitment to continuous learning are essential for success in this mid-level position.

Key Responsibilities: • Act as the primary technical support representative • Handle service requests and manage ticket documentation • Diagnose issues across hardware, software, and networks • Assist in onboarding and provisioning activities • Maintain client documentation and knowledge base

Requirements: • 4–5 years experience in technical support • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT preferred • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and remote support tools • Familiarity with networking concepts like TCP/IP • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
