Job description
Lead impactful sales strategies as the Strategic Business Development Director at White Cap. Focus on national and strategic accounts while fostering customer engagement across Canada.

White Cap seeks a skilled leader experienced in sales strategy execution and management. This role will drive sustainable business growth through strong collaboration with sales teams and exceptional service delivery. You'll lead national account operations, ensuring effective relationships with customers and overseeing promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage National Account sales teams and customer operations • Oversee expense management and distribution activities • Analyze sales reports to identify performance gaps • Support project-based selling with national account teams • Strengthen relationships with customers, peers, and suppliers

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree and 9+ years in related field • Experience in sales strategy and planning • Proven record in leadership and cross-functional partnerships • Knowledge in diverse sales channels including eCommerce • Ability to drive project-level execution
