Job description
Empower dental practices as a Clinical Implementation Specialist specializing in digital technology. Provide in-person training and implementation support to enhance the adoption of innovative dental workflows.

In this role, you will travel extensively to deliver crucial training to clinicians on digital dentistry practices. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting workflow challenges and providing guidance to ensure efficient execution of dental technologies. Partnering with internal teams, you will play a key role in improving clinical outcomes and enhancing overall patient care.

Key Responsibilities: • Provide on-site clinical education and support to clients • Train dental teams on advanced imaging and CAD/CAM workflows • Support internal teams with guidance and resources • Identify workflow gaps and facilitate improvements • Develop materials to enhance training effectiveness

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Dentistry or Dental Technology • Strong background in digital dentistry workflows • Experience in teaching clinical concepts effectively • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Willingness to travel up to 75%
